I have an exciting position for an experienced HR Advisor to join a company who after 25 years are again growing and with this, we are open to individuals who are ideally looking to join them on a temporary basis, which could lead to a permanent position.

The role will provide support on recruitment and selection processes from advice on attraction methods, to guiding them through the on-boarding process. First level support may also be required on employee relations matters and the HR Advisor will work with the Head of HR as required.

Role requirements:

Previous HR experience is essential.Ability to work at pace and to deadlines.Pro-active and self-motivated.Enthusiastic, positive outlook and approach.Ability to work unsupervised.High levels of attention to detail.Commercially minded.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence. Please note, the role involves working over Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
