HR Advisor

Start date: This is a position to start immediately, it is a temporary role however can be permanent for the right candidate

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: GBP38,000 to GBP43,000 per annum

Location: Hungerford

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established company who have offices up and down the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced recruiter to help support the business.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

Manage the new starter and leavers administration. Issue employment contracts. Liaise with the finance team on payroll issues and checks. Support with exit interviews, collating data to identify trends and report this to senior management. Aid the hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions. Maintain accurate employee records. Provide accurate and regular reports.

The ideal Recruiter/ HR Advisor:

Will have 2-3 experience within a HR role Must have CIPD Level 5 or 7 Will have good communication skills Must have previously used Dayforce. Experience being a Level 1 user for Visa/immigration process Will have good accuracy and attention to detail Must have a Full UK Driving License role involves travel Be a team player and have a Can Do attitude
