PageGroup are delighted to support a successful Food Manufacturing organisation based in Telford with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy site.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based working.

Description

The role of HR Advisor reports to a Regional HR Manager and acts as the first point of contact for all generalist HR matters at this busy manufacturing site in Telford.

Working closely with the Operational Managers, your role will include but not limited to:

Provide expert HR advice to managers and team membersManage and resolve complex employee relations issuesIdentify and analyse HR metrics to inform business decisionsSupport with Recruitment and on boardingDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresEnsure all staff are trained appropriatelyAssist with HR projectsProfile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor in a busy and fast-paced sector
