HR Advisor Coventry Up to GBP40K per annum,

The Opportunity:

HR Advisor/Generalist required to be part of an Automotive Manufacturing Group, who boast a GBPbillion turn over. The HR team are based on site in Coventry, with some flexibility for hybrid working.

The role is multi faceted and will require a hands on individual who will be able to do a multitude of tasks such as, being the HR representative at Operations meetings, taking a lead with Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures, Managing the recruitment lifecycle while engaging with outside agency s, organising well being events.

This role is very hands on, and is the perfect opportunity for the ideal candidate to truly make their mark in a global organisation.

The Candidate:

HR Advisor level experience (ideally within manufacturing sector)CIPD Level 3 -5 (desirable) Proven experience of an all round HR Adviser/Generalist, with real life examples.Happy to be stakeholder facing, and get 'out and about' on the shop floor. Working Pattern:

8-5 Monday to Thursday, finishing at 1pm on Fridays (on site, 1 day from home, and flexi-working after probation) Salary/Package:

Up to GBP40,000 plus23 days holiday + statutory (increase to 25 after 5 years)
