description	HR Advisor Leeds Hybrid (1-2 days on-site) 12 month FTC Up to 34,000 Are you an immediately available HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking for an exciting new interim contract? If so we are pleased to be working with charitable organisation with a rich history and who pride themselves on their commitment to being a true inclusive employer championing diversity and inclusion. This role offers true hybrid flexible working and the opportunity to partner managers in all aspects of employee relations. Your main job duties will be as follows: Lead on ER cases from investigation to completion including complex ER casesCovering all aspects of ER from sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, performance management, probation reviews and long term absenceProviding clear advise to line managers and coaching through any investigationsAttending hearings where necessaryAssisting with any restructure / redundancy / TUPE cases that arise This is a full time position with the flexibility to work on-site 1-2 days a week and is initially a 12 month fixed term contract. As an ER specialist you will have proven experience of independently leading on ER cases in a high volume, fast-paced environment with an up to date and in-depth understanding of UK employment law. You will be customer focused and value driven, able to provide an excellent service to employees and managers and create great working relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to really strengthen their employee relations experience whilst working for a truly inclusive and supportive employer.
