Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the HR Advisor role include but are not limited to:

Work closely with management to resolve people challenges Prepare offer letters, contracts etc. Implement plans and training for development, monitoring any issues and resolving Providing support to managers to deal with any people challenges or compliance issues Working to agreed timescales Manage complex ER cases from start to finish Support in meetings including disciplinaries and grievances Support the recruitment process from preparing job adverts, to interviewing/offering candidates Manage the entire employment lifecycle Produce weekly reports and analysis The ideal candidate for the HR Advisor role:

Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) Have proven HR experience, particularly dealing with complex ER cases Must have up to date knowledge on HR policies and procedures, as well as current Employment Law Have excellent IT skills including HR systems and Microsoft Package This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
