Job title: HR Administrator
Salary: 16,000 (Part-time salary)
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Didsbury, Manchester
The Company is now seeking a strong Administrator to provide a professional support service for the Human Resources Department; ensuring that an efficient administrative service is provided, and that all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Processing new starters and leavers across the GroupProcessing any contract changesProcessing all family leave requestsEnsuring the HR Management System and employee files are accurate and up to date and that all requirements and procedures relating to Eligibility to Work in the UK are adhered toAssisting with answering general employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, company benefits, family leave terms and conditions where possible.Assisting with answering general queries from our temporary workersAssisting with bids and tendersAny other task that supports the function of the HR department
The team are hardworking, passionate about what they do and agile to the needs of the business and we need our HR Administrator to be driven by those same principles.
Requirements include:
Good general education with grades A or B (6+) in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadStrong attention to detailPositive, can do attitudeEnjoys working in a fast paced, commercial environmentHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and polite mannerHave a strong team work ethic, with the willingness to get stuck inStrong customer service skillsReliable and flexible as to the needs of the business
