Job Title – Housing Officer

Role summary – One of the largest housing associations in the UK is looking for an experienced Housing Officer to provide high–quality housing management services to their residents across London. Managing a patch of (Apply online only) residents, this role offers a variety of tasks ensuring no two days are the same
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and managing rent accountsConducting anti–social behaviour (ASB) interviews and implementing action plansManaging void properties: taking back empty homes, advertising, and re–lettingConducting inspections for mould and dampCarrying out home visits and addressing resident concernsCollaborating with internal departments to resolve housing issuesLiaising with external stakeholders such as councils, MPs, and social servicesConducting estate inspections to maintain safety and cleanlinessManaging repairs and ensuring timely resolutionSetting up resident accounts and providing support to colleaguesRequirements:
