Hyperion Partners are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Housing Officer to join a leading social housing company.

About the Role:

As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the high standards of our housing portfolio. You will work closely with residents, providing support and ensuring that their needs are met while fostering a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residents, providing advice and support on housing issues.

Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, encouraging community engagement.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to housing management activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a housing officer or similar role within social housing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Knowledge of housing legislation and policies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
