Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a permanent basis, to join an organisation based in Birmingham.

Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:

Delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcementSupporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where neededDealing with elements of ASBUndertaking an effective lettings service where neededEnsuring neighbourhoods are safe and cleanThe successful candidate for the Housing Officer will have:
