Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the East Midlands who are looking to hire housing lawyer for an interim 3 month rolling contract to cover some permanent recruitment.

The role would require occasional office presence.

It is open to all candidates with experience holding an independent caseload in a local authority setting - from senior paralegals through to senior solicitors.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be experienced in handling a mixed caseload of ASBs, homelessness, and possessions matters,

- Be able to deal with pre-litigated and litigated matters,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have two employment references available upon request.
