We are looking for a dedicated and driven Lettings Assistant to join our team on a fixed–term contract until August 2025. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role could be perfect for you.

About the Role:

As a Hampshire Lettings Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our colleagues and providing top–tier services for our customers. You'll work closely with the Hampshire lettings team, ensuring the smooth management of tenancy processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing tenancy terminationsAdvertising properties and ensuring systems are updated accurately and in compliance with regulationsProviding timely data updates for performance monitoringCollaborating with local authorities and internal teams throughout the void and lettings processWhat We're Looking For:

Ability to work at pace and under pressureConfidence in making quick, effective decisionsStrong attention to detail and accuracy when updating systemsExcellent team player with strong time management and communication skillsAbility to manage change and adapt in a fast–moving environmentWork Requirements:

You will be required to attend our Andover office 2–3 days per week for training initially, with an average of one day per week thereafter.
