62,000 - 67,000 plus bonus

40 hours per week

On behalf of my client, a large and highly reputable UK care provider, I am currently recruiting for a home manager in Aberdeen. The appropriate candidate will have a wealth of management experience and an active NMC pin. My client are looking to welcome a compassionate individual who will lead a successful team of care professionals to care for all involved in the organisation by creating and maintaining strong relationships with both staff, residents and their families.

Responsibilities

Smooth running of the care home taking responsibility for all operational functions

Staffing - appraisals, training,

Budgeting, reporting and planning

Ensuring staff are trained to provide quality personalised care

Take part in activities with the residents

Requirements

Active NMC pin

Strong management and operational experience within a care home setting

Driving license and access to own vehicle

Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and staff

Positive outlook and supportive nature
