Property Manager / Block Manager – Fully home based – Exeter / Somerset – c£38k

Our client is one of the largest national, corporate property management businesses in Europe.

Overseeing almost 200,000 units across almost 4,000 developments, they provide the full range of property management, maintenance, major works, development and rental services for large developers, freeholders, resident management companies and Landlords UK wide (including Scotland).

As part of their ongoing drive to improve resident and client services whilst enabling further growth, they now seek an additional Property Manager (Block) as follows:

* 2-3 years+ experience as a block property manager

* Fully home based with the option to use an Exeter office as required

* Overseeing an Exeter / Somerset portfolio, with some outlying blocks in the closely surrounding areas

* Good understanding of H&S (including fire safety) and all related current legislation

* Dealing with resident correspondence and calls daily as required

* Regular site visits, checking on contractors and ensuring estates are kept in a good state of repair

* Major works consultation and oversight (S20).

* Professional qualifications desirable (TPI) but not essential (supported in post)

The suitable property manager / block manager will come from a stable career background, be accustomed to working from home autonomously and have a preference for corporate employment.

In addition to a structured career path the successful Property Manager (Block) can expect a starting package around £38k (comprising £28-34k basic (possibly negotiable) + £4500 car allowance), in addition to a pension and benefits.
