You will be expect to: Take advice and give instruction on behalf of the shareholders of a company Ensuring that company paperwork is completed on time Liasing with officials such as solicitors and accountants on behalf of the company Sign contracts with staff, suppliers and business partners Provide documentation to financial institutions and comply with KYC and AML legislation In order to do this job you must be Over the age of 18 UK National with photograph ID Not be an undischarged bankrupt or otherwise disqualified This is a work from home job and is £50 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours per month.
