COMPANY OFFICER - ADMIN OFFICER -

You will be responsible for ensuring that a registered company complies with government legislation under the Companies Act 2006.

You will be expect to:

*Take advice and give instruction on behalf of the shareholders of a company

*Ensuring that company paperwork is completed on time

*Liasing with officials such as solicitors and accountants on behalf of the company

*Sign contracts with staff, suppliers and business partners

*Provide documentation to financial institutions and comply with KYC and AML legislation

In order to do this job you must be

*Over the age of 18

*UK National with photograph ID

*Not be an undischarged bankrupt or otherwise disqualified

This is a work from home job and is £50 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours per month.
