Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hire Co-ordinator and Scheduler.

Working within the Operations Team and reporting to the Operations Director, the Hire Co-ordinator and Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling hire activities related to various projects in different sectors.

This role involves maintaining schedules and communicating with different teams.

This is a shift based role working either 6.30am to 2.30pm or 10.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, on a two week rota.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritise and multi-task effectivelyExperience in scheduling or project coordinationKnowledge of the sectors our client operates in is a plusProficiency in relevant IT software and tools for schedulingAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of the transportation or equipment rental industry is a plus
