Role and Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning across various subjects, including assisting with lesson planning and delivery.

Lead small group activities and interventions to support student progress and attainment.

Assist in the assessment, monitoring, and recording of student progress.

Contribute to the development of resources and materials to enhance learning outcomes.

Uphold the school's ethos and policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar educational setting.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.

A proactive approach to supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students.
