The Role Serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience Maximise workshop bookings via outbound calls and emails Manage MOT bookings and invoicing ahead of test dates Communicate with customer requests and complete job cards accurately Promote additional services and repairs Requirements Strong understanding of the motor industry (HGV) Previous experience in a HGV Service Advisor role or a similar Customer Service position Strong organisational and administrative abilities Proactive, with problem-solving and analytical skills The Package GBP28,000 + up to GBP31,000 OTE If you have a passion for customer service and possess the skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
