We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a lady in her own home who has an epidural absess, she requires bowel management each morning and has challengin behaviour.

As an Agency Care Assistant, you must:

Be over the age of 18 to applyHave the right to work in the UK. Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare settingHave excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sectorBe able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilitiesHave a genuine passion working in the healthcare sectorExperience with spinal patients and bowel management desirable but not essential (training provided)Be able to travel to Leicester for paid training (travel paid)

The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
