Health and Safety Manager

If this resonates with you, our exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Manager in the Melton Mowbray area could be a perfect fit. The role will look after one of the organisations heavy manufacturing and construction sites in the area. This position will require an experienced health and safety professional who can lead by example and hit the ground running.

The organisation has an extensive track record of successful operation in the UK, and this is an excellent opportunity to join the health and safety team.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

Being a presence on site, assessing health and safety performance and implementing an effective audit planLeading the wider health and safety team to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresInvestigating accidents and incidents and identifying the root cause and carrying out toolbox talks and training where requiredThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have:
