Pure are recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor on behalf of one of our top manufacturing clients who are situated in the heart of Norwich!

We are seeking a technically skilled Health & Safety Advisor to support the QHSE department. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth within a COMAH environment. Your primary responsibility will be to support the H&S management system, ensuring legal compliance, risk management, and promoting a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on operational safety, including risk assessments and method statements.Lead on permits, control of work, and isolation planning.Conduct audits, monitor H&S activities, and investigate incidents.Enhance H&S systems, suggesting improvements.Develop competency across teams through training and mentorship.Support emergency response training and uphold safety leadership.Qualifications & Experience

NEBOSH Certificate Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with COMAH and H&S legislation.Experience in auditing, risk assessment, and ISO management systems.Benefits
