HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings

Location: Limehouse, E14

Salary: OTE GBP50k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Head of Property Management / Senior Property Manager – A position has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager within the Docklands area preferably one who is ARLA qualified!

This is a superb opportunity to join an established, property company with offices in the Docklands area.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and currently be employed in a similar role.

You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.

You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!

An ARLA qualification or similar would be helpful, but the opportunity to qualify will be offered by the company.

The Company: Our client is a forward–thinking, well–established property consultancy, offering specialist estate agency services for owners, occupiers or investors within the East London Area.

Skills required for this Head of Property Management / Senior Property Manager role will include:
