Head of Projects

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Projects to join a leading FM & building services provider in London.

This is a full time permanent role covering a portfolio of maunfacturing sites across the UK.

This position is paying up too GBP90,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Projects:

Develop and lead teams providing training and development Generate a sales pipeline to deliver revenues to the business unit Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence. Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered on all maintenance contracts. Manage Business unit forecast Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream Head of Projects essential experience:

Proven track record of delivering projects in a retail environment Experience of developing new project opportunities Proven experience of running a P&L Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.
