I am looking for a Head of Assets to join a social housing provider in Hertfordshire.The Head of Assets will be primarily responsible for Asset Investment programmes on repairs and Sustainability. This role offers a hybrid working approach.

Head of Assets responsibilities:

Be responsible for refurbishment projects consisting on high rise heat system replacements

Oversee the 5 year asset and investment plans

Build a strong stock condition service, assisting with the investment model.

What is required for the role:

Experience working within social housing

Proven experience as a head of assets

ability to work on sustainability projects
