Silver and Bow are searching for a hands-on Head Housekeeper on behalf of our UHNW client. This is a fantastic role for someone who has a strong eye for detail and is looking to travel!

In this fully staffed household, you will manage a team of 5 housekeepers and be happy to remain hands on as part of the role. You will have proven experience as a Head Housekeeper, working in five star hotels and/or formal private residences with the very highest standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly flexible, incredibly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role requires an individual who is happy to take on front of house duties, covering the butler on his/her days off. You will be expected to do regular checks throughout the property to ensure standards are upheld whilst remaining very hands on. You will be responsible for doing rotas, training staff and ensuring the team is well co-ordinated and effective.

Requirements:

• Flexible to travel when required

• Hands-on and managerial experience in a similar environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Highly flexible

• Strong communication skills

Days of work: 5 days a week (2 weekends off per month otherwise consecutive days off in the week)

Hours: 9am – 6pm (12-9pm when covering for the butler)

Salary: £50K gpa
