Head Gardener or Gardening Couple Wanted for Private Estate in Oxfordshire.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Gardener or Gardening Couple to manage the gardens of a prestigious estate in Oxfordshire.

Requirements:

• For individual applicants, we are looking for a horticulturally-trained gardener with a strong work ethic and a proven track record.

• For couples, one must be a qualified horticulturist, while the other should have extensive gardening experience, though formal qualifications are not required.

• You will be supported by part-time gardeners.

40 hours per week over 5 days

Accommodation: A one-bedroom barn conversion on the estate is provided.

Salary:

• £35k-£40k per annum for a Head Gardener

• £60k per annum gross for a Gardening Couple

The position is available immediately, with a flexible start date for the right candidate.
