My client is a reputable Facilities Management company, offering multi disciplinary services to Residential, Commercial and Industrial. They undertake planned and reactive maintenance to the contracts in which they serve.

They are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman to joined a manned residential site (mainly 2/3 bed apartments), to assist the lead engineer. The site is located in North West London, is a thriving residential community that offers good amenities, and is within easy reach of strong transport links.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Decoration repairs (patching/filling) Painting and Decorating Replacing locks and filters Installing/replacing carpet tiles Weekly fire alarm tests Weekly sprinkler tests Emergency lighting tests Full training will be provided for the weekly testing.

Prior experience as a Handyman or working for a property services / maintenance company desirable.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8–4.30pm.

No driving license required as this position is static.

Package:

30–32k per annum, generous holiday allowance, uniform, pension.
