Location: Coventry

Salary: up to GBP28,000

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday 7am – 4pm

Friday 7am – 3pm

We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our dynamic team working to support the Maintenance team on the general facility up–keep. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Handyman:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues promptly. Perform basic plumbing and drainage maintenance tasks as needed. Undertake decorating tasks, including filling, sanding, and painting, to maintain the appearance of our premises. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from site staff and address any reported issues efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic equipment Requirements for the successful Handyman:

Proven experience as a Handyman with an industrial background. Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits:
