The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and energetic team where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Supporting senior consultants with administrative tasks and candidate management
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Handling client requirements and delivering top-tier candidates for open roles
What They're Looking For:
• Ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for people and sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
• A degree is desirable but not required
