Are you a Graduate from a Civil / Structural background looking for an exciting role within a thriving construction group, which will offer you clear progression opportunities to Senior Structural Engineer, bespoke training plans to suit your skillset and the opportunity to work on interesting projects?

This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since 2015 they have grown from 1 employee to 120. They are in need of another Estimator to join the team to keep up with demand.

The role will involve a varied spread of responsibilities including: Design, specification, Load Assessments, Quality Control, Technical Support, Reporting and Project Management.

This is an opportunity to work with a company who pride themselves on training and progression from within. The company are always looking for ways of developing their products and services and ensuring staff use the latest techniques and software.

The role:

* Designing Masonry support systems

* Conducting Load Assessments

* Conducting FEA to ensure structural integrity

The person:

* Graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering

* Already Commutable to Swadlincote

* Some CAD familiarity
