JC Landscapes Ltd is a long established landscape company, who require an experienced team leader to join our highly respected firm.

The company look after a variety of commercial and domestic properties and are looking for a candidate with a high level of experience to join the team.

In this role, there is the potential for advancement beyond garden maintenance to include responsibilities such as pricing and, eventually, managerial duties. This opportunity is best suited for someone ambitious and eager to grow within the company.

We will require x2 references if your application is successful.

Role Requirements

Horticultural qualifications
A minimum of 2 years team leader experience
A good eye for detail, punctual & reliable with a good work ethic
Good knowledge of plants, garden maintenance & the tools used (power & hand)
Good organisational skills, well presented & good communication skills
An enthusiastic & passionate attitude towards their work
Clean driver’s licence.
Some sites may require a DBS certificate so this will be applied for if the position is offered

Role Responsibilities

General garden maintenance including lawns, pruning of shrubs, hedge cutting & flower beds
Schedule yourself & your team to undertake your work to a high standard
H&S checks including regular checks on equipment, PPE & tools
Liaise with clients
