We serve authentic Japanese food with typically Japanese attentive service. Our sushi chefs create dishes from fresh local ingredients, and we pay particular attention to the marine-environment by choosing only sustainably caught fish. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys attending to customer’s needs, have an interest in food and food–related issues and enjoy working in a small, friendly, high-paced team. Knowledge of Japanese food would be an advantage, although full training will be given. The weekly hours are between 35 - 42, last orders are at 9pm. We are closed weekends and Bank Holidays. Staff lunch, good discounts on dining at the restaurant.
