About Us:

Our new Food Hall in Ipswich aims to be a vibrant, community-centric space, with multiple kitchens, bars, and seating areas spread over three floors. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests and an inclusive, relaxed working environment for our team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Bussers to maintain high standards of cleanliness in both customer and back-of-house areas. The role will involve table clearing, dishwashing, and keeping all areas spotless to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting tables Preparing tables for guests, including setting place settings and restocking supplies Cleaning Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas, including the kitchen and restrooms Customer service-Greeting customers, answering questions
Other duties
Washing dishes, sorting and organizing used tableware and helping with closing the food hall

Wash dishes and kitchenware as required Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment

Requirements:

Prior experience in a cleaning role, preferably in hospitality or food service Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong work ethic and reliability
