Job Title: FLT Driver/Production Operative

Location: Macclesfield

Remuneration: £12ph - £13ph

Contract Details: Temporary role until Feb 2025

Responsibilities:

Operate forklift trucks to move materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.

Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Carry out basic maintenance checks on the forklift trucks and report any issues to the supervisor.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Assist in general production duties as required, including but not limited to assembling products, operating machinery, and packing finished goods.

Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks within specified deadlines.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations.Skills and Experience:

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently.
