Job Title: FLT Counterbalance

Location: Runcorn

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + Attendance bonus of £100 paid each quarter to qualifying staff. The overtime rate is £17.50 per hour after 182 hours worked within each calendar month.

Hours of Work: Any 4-5 shifts out of 7. This role will include working weekends and a mixture of days and nights. Shift hours are 07:00 to 19:00/ 19:00 to 07:00.

Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent

We are currently recruiting several experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a well-known and established Drinks Logistics Client based in Runcorn.

All positions will be recruited on a temporary to permanent basis.

As an FLT Driver, your duties will include:

Accurate, safe, and timely loading and unloading of goods in line with company policies and standard operating procedures.

A successful candidate will also be required to work on a production line unloading pallets of stock and labelling them.

Handballing products and placing goods in the designated areas whilst ensuring accuracy.

Checking the goods delivery against the delivery paperwork.

General housekeeping duties.

Skills and experience required of an FLT Driver include:

At least 1-year experience driving an FLT Counterbalance truck and ideally a PPT or LLOP truck.

FLT Counterbalance certificate (RTITB/ITSAAR or Inhouse).

Previous experience in the Logistics or Manufacturing industry.

Good verbal and written English skills.

Flexible to working days, nights, and weekends as part of a weekly rota.

Attention to detail.
