The Role

As a Fit-Out Estimator, you'll play a key role in assessing project needs, estimating costs, and preparing competitive bids for various interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for project costs based on design specifications and client requirements Collaborate with project managers and design teams to clarify project objectives and scope Analyse blueprints and drawings to determine materials, labour, and time requirements Prepare competitive bids that align with company standards and client budgets Track project progress and make adjustments to estimates as necessary Ensure bids reflect current industry pricing, materials costs, and labour rates Provide expertise and advice on budgeting to clients and internal teams Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure cost-effective materialsBenefits

We are looking for a communicative professional with a passion for quality and accuracy. About you:
