Key areas of responsibility and duties: Preparing LettersCalling ProvidersMaintaining client data on the CRM and informing Providers where appropriateManaging day to day client enquiriesProviding cover of reception duties to include answering the phones, scanning and dealing with inbound and outbound postComply with the relevant Compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, SMCR, Anti-Money laundering procedures and relevant FCA rules at all times Full time hours - 35 hours p.w. 9.00 - 5.00 (100% site based) GBP23500-GBP25000 neg. + benefits About you: This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate who ideally has previous financial administration experience or you may be a graduate who is looking to gain experience of working within a financial services sector.
