Our client is a progressive SME based near Alton, Hampshire. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team and contribute to their growth and sustainability efforts.

As the Finance Manager, you will lead the finance team, managing the entire finance function and delivering valuable insights and reporting to support the business. This role is ideal for an accomplished accountant ready to step up and take ownership of financial management, reporting, and team leadership.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Manage month-end accounts, cash flow forecasting, and VAT returns.Oversee payroll and ensure precise financial accounting.Handle payments, insurance, and prepare external accountant reports for statutory accounts.Lead and support the accounts team, ensuring accurate reporting and process improvements. Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience.Strong technical accounting, advanced Excel, and proficiency in accounting software (Xero experience is a plus).Background in payroll, team management, and process implementation.Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
