Position: Finance Manager (FP&A)

Location: Horley, Surrey

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000

A rapidly growing creative business are looking to add to their team with a Finance Manager. They are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to deliver financial analysis and support strategic business decisions. This is a crucial role in steering the company toward its financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership: Manage the company s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts, aligning with strategic objectives. Data-Driven Insights: Provide in-depth financial analysis to support major business initiatives, enhancing decision-making. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for accurate forecasting of revenues, expenses, and other metrics. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly evaluate financial performance, preparing detailed reports that highlight trends and variances for management. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with department leads to drive financial outcomes and improve operational efficiency. Team Development: Mentor and lead a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and internal policies. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within FP&A to optimize reporting accuracy and analytical rigor.

Experience Needed:

Educational Background: A relevant degree (Finance, Accounting) Professional Experience: Proven track record as an FP&A/ Finance Manager or similar role. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
