Finance Executive

Salary: £28-30k | Location: HQ. London, Wimbledon SW19 3ES

Are you a proactive finance professional ready to make a real impact? Eligo Recruitment is looking for a meticulous Finance

Executive to join our team in a role that combines precision with teamwork.

You’ll be crucial in managing our financial processes, from accounts payable to monthly reconciliations, all while keeping our numbers sharp and accurate.

About the Role:

In this Finance Executive role, you’ll handle everything from accounts payable to month-end reconciliations, cost control, and reporting. You will be liaising with departments across the business to deliver accurate financial information, including Profit & Loss reports and Balance Sheets.

This hybrid/remote role allows you the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with an enthusiastic team.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain and manage accounts payable and expense reconciliation

Execute month-end processes and generate reports

Oversee communication with HMRC for VAT, PAYE, and other tax requirements

Support cross-departmental needs, ensuring prompt payments and financial clarityWhat We’re Looking For:

Experience in a finance role, ideally in recruitment or a fast-paced sales environment

Proficiency with accounting software (Xero or similar) and strong Excel skills

Full AAT qualification (or equivalent) and a knack for accuracy

A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
