An established housing association in is looking for a Finance Director for a minimum of 6 months to join their fantastic Finance team. The organisation offers high-quality housing and support to the local community as they strive to improve the lives of the vulnerable in their area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a housing association background, with strong leadership skills who is happy being strategic whilst also being hands on.

Requirements:

Housing Association background

Strong leadership skills

Adept at leading on monthly management accounts

Fully qualified accountant

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 15 finance members

Production of management accounts

Enable systems and processes to run smoothly

Recommend strategies and polices to the CEO to improve the finance function
