Our client, is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Bristol. This permanent role offers flexible work-from-home days, although you will be required on site 60% of the month, equalling around three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate financial reporting packages and provide counsel to program managers on variancesBaseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysisImplement, monitor, report and analyse program budget and/or schedulePerform earned value management including implementation, maintenance, reporting and analysisOrganise cost and/or schedule date for monthly program reviewsComplete analyse date for monthly forecast review including orders, sales, operating income and cashParticipate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial / schedule meetingsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with the organisation to maintain a positive and productive work environmentPerform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

Experience in finance with a strong understanding of financial principlesMinimum part-qualifiedHold previous Finance Business Partnering experienceProficiency in financial analysis and financial modellingAbility to develop and manage budgets and forecastsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamRelevant finance qualification or equivalent experience
