The Company

Our client manufacture and retail instantly recognisable products from their head office based in Birmingham. The Role

You will work closely with the Transactions Ledger Assistant Manager to process all E-commerce/website orders. These payments are made on-line via Klarna, PayPal, Shopify and TikTok. You will be responsible for allocating all customer payments and reconciling accounts, managing customer payment queries, and monitoring all e-commerce payments which can often be up to 1000 orders daily. You will be given great autonomy in this role to oversee all on-line orders and payments. A really varied role, you'll be kept busy with query resolution, investigating variances, processing refunds and reconciling all payments.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience working with e-commerce/on-line orders ideally with exposure to processing payments from at least one or more of the following Klarna, PayPal, Shopify and TikTok. You will have experience reconciling payments from e-commerce platforms, along with a minimum of two years' experience in accounts receivable/sales ledger in a high volume environment. You will have excellent organisational skills with proficiency in MS Excel along with XLOOKUPs and pivot tables. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes in the fast-paced world of retail and e-commerce.
