Finance Assistant

Outskirts of Leatherhead (Driver needed)

Permanent

£28,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience

My client, a successful, growing organisation, based on the outskirts of Leatherhead, is looking to add an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy, very experienced department. This is a varied role, working in a brilliantly supportive business supporting the finance function.

Day to Day duties will include:

Processing all supplier invoices

Preparing invoices on a regular basis for other entities

Leasing with Client and Customers, investigating and resolving queries

Reconciling supplier statements

Preparing payment runs

Expenses

Invoice query resolution; liaising internal and external

Undertaking banking when required

Other administrative duties
