As a Finance Assistant, your responsibilities will include…

* Managing and dealing with invoices/accounts

* Carrying out general accountancy & bookkeeping

* Carrying out purchase and sales ledger

* Processing timesheets/hours for payroll & allocating holidays

* Use of Excel spreadsheets

* Supporting the finance team

We are looking for a Finance Assistant with the following skills and experience…

* Some experience as an Accounts/Finance Administrator

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines

* High attention to detail, reliable and confident Administrator

* Happy to pick up the phone and speak with people

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* AAT Qualification/part qualification is a bonus as study support is provided

In return, the successful Finance Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
