description	FINANCE ASSISTANT UP TO GBP30,000 PA NOTTINGHAM, NG9 FULL TIME, PERMANENT SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a business located in Nottingham, NG9. You will benefit from an attractive salary package and will be part of a business who are offering an exciting and evolving opportunity. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure accuracy of purchase ledger entries and integrity of the AP aging report. - Assist with the processing of AP transactions as needed. - Prepare weekly payment proposals for management approval. - Email vendor remittances for payments raised. - Ensure accuracy of AR aging. - Lead the collections process for accounts receivable ensure timely payment of AR debts. - Email customer statements for outstanding debts. - Daily update of bank transactions for various bank accounts. - Weekly reconciliation of the bank accounts.
