Finance Administrator

Covent Garden, WC2H 0AP

Part time, 2 days per week (flexible) Permanent position £16 - £22 per hourOur client is an established leading company with a diverse portfolio of services, including, property management, property maintenance, and the tech industry, covering the entire London area, operating nationally, and starting up in the UAE.

The Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing agency bills, analysing data, and assisting with procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage invoices and invoice reports Track stock management and financial documentation Analyse financial data and provide detailed reports Manage agency bills and procurement processes Support general administrative tasks for the finance teamThe Ideal Candidate:

You are highly organised, numerically driven, and have a background in finance, accounting, or administrative roles. Experience in stocks, handling AI tech-related invoicing, and working with data is highly desirable.

Proven experience in invoicing and financial reporting Strong grasp of data analysis and numbers Familiarity with stock management and procurement Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask Experience with financial documentation and administrative supportBenefits:
