In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director and take on responsibilities including: Key Responsibilities: Managing and processing supplier invoices and payments Preparing and issuing Client Rental Payovers Implementing and overseeing Service Charge Budgets Finalising Year–End Service Charge Accounts Generating and distributing Tenant/Service Charge Demands Performing monthly bank reconciliations Handling daily banking tasks and fund allocations Preparing Fee Notes to record departmental income Compiling quarterly VAT reports for Service Charge properties Supporting the Credit Control Team with outstanding balance collections Addressing general landlord and tenant account queries Coordinating with internal stakeholders daily Maintaining and updating tenant databases Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Previous experience in finance, preferably within property management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Excel Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm Dress Code: Business attire Hybrid Work Option: 1 day remote per week Benefits: Company pension plan Annual performance bonus Birthday off (in addition to annual leave) 23 days of annual leave (increasing to 24 days after 1 year and 25 days after 2 years of service) 9 bank holidays, including a half–day off the Friday before each (except May) Additional 2 days off over Christmas For more information, please contact Joanna Collett at C&P Recruitment, or for immediate consideration please apply now.
