Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Onsite

Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £30.18 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team and support the financial management of our organization. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance and ensuring sound financial planning and analysis across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Head of Financial Management, providing strategic financial guidance to stakeholders.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve business performance.

Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and manage risks.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Prepare detailed financial models, variance analysis, and business cases to drive efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar financial management role.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.

Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
